Natalie helps patients explore concerns, develop new skill sets, and implement realistic strategies for positive change in one’s life choices.
With over 4 years of experience and specialized training working with children, individuals and couples, Natalie understands that with the right support system and therapeutic approach, one can discover patterns and overcome their roadblocks and challenges. As a seasoned mental health professional and as a survivor of trauma and abuse, Natalie brings to her work her vast knowledge, understanding, and experience and integrates a neuroscience approach to address mental health concerns.
